I’m so glad this post is informative and able to help so many people. I had no idea if the advice I was giving was enough or even correct. It’s a very difficult time of year for me, not just due to the issues with food, but also long family trauma as well. I manage it as best I can but hate it every year.

This year I’m setting boundaries, despite the thoughts of my family.
