That’s so true. We can learn and know everything in the world, but without confidence and assurance in ourselves we’re nothing. The power of positive thinking is so much more than gratitude and affirmations, it’s learning to accept ourselves for who we are and f**k the rest.

I struggle with self-confidence as well (especially in being vulnerable about blogging), so I try to do something every day that makes me feel more confident.
