Eating Disorder Fundraising

Mt.Everest 10 Day [Virtual] Hike.

This year in aid of the Eating Disorder Awareness Association for Northern Ireland, I’ll be taking part in a trek across Mt Everest, but from the safety of my own village.

I’ll be scaling (metaphorically) 64km over the course of ten days! That’s 6.4km a day! Although this might not seem like much, I wanted to keep it small enough so that it’s considered a healthy exercise in keeping with my recovery. I’ll be keeping track of the kilometers covered using a pedometer on my phone in place of a Fitbit or Strava so as not to display calories burned etc.

Each evening I’ll be posting updates onto the Facebook page! So be sure to follow along.
