[AD: You can advertise with me each month! Check out this page for more details.]
It’s APRIL and spring has officially sprung! Earlier this year I started working on a plan to offer advertising to other bloggers and writers. In addition to offering guest spots, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to offer April advertisers! It’s the perfect way to help give your DA (Domain Authority) a wee boost, and helps other bloggers like me in the process! Not to mention it helps pay all those blog related bills.
If I’m honest, the impostor in me didn’t expect anyone to apply. But I was so honoured to have received an influx of takers! Not only have I successfully filled my April advertisers spots, but I’m also well on the way to booking up May and June too! So, if you’re interested, send me an email to nyxinked@gmail.com OR get in touch via any of my social channels!
But without further delay, let’s dive into this months advertisers!
Amazing April Advertisers.
First and foremost we have Caroline over at Enviroline Blog. Caroline talks about being environmentally cautious, and aims to spread light on the current environmental issues we’re facing. Through reading blog posts such as 9 ways to reduce your fast fashion consumption, I was better able to understand the blight of the clothing industry. I’ll certainly be thinking twice before buying my next outfit, I’ll tell you!
As if her enthusiasm for being environmentally cautious wasn’t enough, Caroline also discusses mental health on her blog. She specfically focuses on eating disorder recovery and her own journey, something I can relate to very well.
Interesting in catching up with Caroline? Check out some of these awesome blog posts to get you started!
- How to create a self-harm distraction box.
- 6 things you shouldn’t say to someone with an eating disorder.
- 9 Ways to reduce your fast fashion.
You can also follow Caroline on any of her socials over on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
My next advertiser should need no introduction. Anneli from Pigletish, is an amazing advocate for mental health and wellness. She discusses various topics on her blog from mental health advice to how men can be a better ally to women. I’ve always enjoyed reading Anneli’s posts and tweets. I find her insight to be vital in regards to my own work in mental health and well being. In fact, my own blogging journey has long been inspired by her writing!
Not only is she a blogger and advocate, but she’s also a published author. Her book Don’t Be A Dick is over on Unbounds and you can pledge to help support the release!
I highly recommend the following blog posts by Anneli!
- How men can be a better ally to women.
- The ultimate list of mental health resources.
- 25 Ambient sounds to help you relax, focus and even sleep.
You can also follow Anneli on any of her socials over on Instagram and Twitter.
Jen from Diffusing the Tension is a long time friend of mine. We first met on Twitter in 2019, and have been good friends ever since. Whether it’s our mutual love of true crime or our advocacy for mental health, we’ve always had something in common. But I’m not just hyping my girl up because we’ve been mates for a while. I’m hyping her because she deserves it! I love everything Jen writes about on her blog, and her helpful resources are second to none for those of us with mental health.
Some of Jen’s greatest hits include.
- How to challenge negative thoughts in 3 easy steps.
- What self-care really is.
- What mental health is and 11 things it’s not!
You can also keep up to date with all Jen’s posts via her Twitter and her Instagram.
Before I even start introducing you to Sumedha’s wonderful blog, I just want to draw attention to her various illustrations. Not only is Sumedha a talented writer, but she’s also an illustrator! All the ilusrtations you see on her blog are created by her! How awesome is that? The Wordy Habitat is a blog all about books and general lifestyle. You can many wonderful things from the latest romance novels to a how to guide on effectively annotating books. If you’re an avid reader and fancy a go at writing a book review, there’s a how to guide for that!
Some of Sumedha’s greatest hits include (but are in no way limited to).

Last but by no means least is the wonderful Billie Geena. She’s an SEO wizard, and that’s no joke. I’ve been pulling her blog apart lately to find out the latest and best SEO tips in simple, down to earth language. If you’re feeling stuck with your blogging journey, struggling for ideas or just want to find out more, I highly suggest you browse her site. I’ve frequently found myself feeling antsy and wanting to cover something different on my site. That’s where Billie’s helpful ‘what to write about on your blog’ ideas come in.
